Delivery
Inkview Publishing Pty. Ltd. offers free postage and packaging for all books when the delivery address is within Australia.
Ordinarily, orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following the receipt of order. For delivery addresses within Australia, we use Australia Post. Orders to International locations are shipped using Australia Post Airmail service.
If, for any reason, any publication is not available for immediate shipping, you will be advised by email, and you can track the progress of your order through our website.
Customers who pay by cheque should allow seven days after the receipt of cheque before shipment is despatched.
Refunds/return policy
All items are non-returnable unless damaged.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be returned to Inkview Publishing Pty. Ltd. within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. Replacement product/s will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Inkview Publishing Pty. Ltd. Approval must be obtained from Inkview Publishing before returning the item. |
